Bhubaneswar mayor, Ananta Narayan Jena is over the moon whatwith the city having been ranked among the top 20 best performing smart cities of the world by the UK based consultancy, Juniper Research. The mayor, who credited chief minister, Naveen Patnaik’s excellent policies for the city achieving this feat, was particularly happy about Naveen’s tweet on the issue. “ Congratulations#Bhubaneswar on being the only Indian city to be ranked among 20 best performing Smart Cities in the world.
