The 0.5 litre Cryocan, an addition to the already existing models of Cryocan, manufactured by Indian Oil’s Business Group-Cryogenics, Nashik has been launched by B. Ashok, Chairman, Indian Oil Corporation Ltd (IOCL).

The 0.5 litre Cryocan model which will be used forcryo-preservation of bull semen for artificial insemination has been tailor-made  primarily for use in hilly and remote areas.  Portable, sleek and ease of handling this Cryocan model is expected to help farmers living in remote areas to maximize milk yield.  Handing over the first 0.5 litre Cryocan to D .S. Mane of M/s. Abhijit Enterprises, Nashik, Ashok commended the Cryogenics Group “for developing a product that had higher social relevance .  Ït is products like these, which will create further success for the Corporation”, said Ashok.
